Why Can't a Dispatcher Publish in Growth Center?
Learn why Growth Center dispatchers can read several marketing areas but cannot perform publisher-only actions.
A dispatcher cannot publish in Growth Center because publishing is limited to publisher roles. Dispatcher access can include reading several Growth Center areas, but read access is not outbound publishing authority.
Separate Read Access From Publishing Authority
Growth Center supports marketing office roles, including owner, admin, office admin, and dispatcher. These roles do not all have the same capabilities.
Dispatchers can read several Growth Center areas, but they are not publisher roles for publishing actions.
Use Publisher Roles for Publish Jobs
Growth Center publishing is controlled through explicit publish jobs. Owners, admins, and office admins can enqueue, cancel, retry, and list publish jobs.
Dispatchers cannot publish, refresh opportunities as publishers, mutate campaigns, or mutate automations through publisher-only paths.
Keep Outbound Posting Explicit
Growth Center does not silently post from draft metadata, opportunity conversion, or automation runs. A publish-now or publish-schedule action creates the publish job that controls outbound posting.
This role boundary prevents read-only operational access from becoming external channel publishing authority.
