How Customer-Facing English Output Works

Understand how Language Store turns supported worker-entered source text into reviewed English customer-facing output.

Customer-facing English output lets workers enter supported dynamic text in an enabled non-English language, generate an English draft, review it, and persist the chosen English text for customer use.

Generate an English Draft From Worker Source Text

Language Store V1 supports a controlled translation pipeline. A worker enters source text, the source language is selected or inferred, and WizField generates an English customer-output draft.

The generated provider draft is not automatically final customer text. A user reviews the English output inside the supported workflow before final customer-facing text is persisted.

Use Supported Estimate and Invoice Surfaces

Language Store V1 starts with selected estimate and invoice text that becomes customer-facing snapshot output.

The first V1 surfaces are:

  • estimate line-item customer-facing names
  • estimate line-item customer-facing descriptions
  • invoice line-item customer-facing names
  • invoice line-item customer-facing descriptions
  • manual line text entered in estimate and invoice composition flows that becomes customer-facing snapshot text

Save the Final Chosen English Text

Final chosen English may be the generated provider draft accepted as-is or a user-reviewed English edit. WizField must persist the exact final chosen English text approved for customer-facing use.

This distinction matters because the generated draft and the final approved customer-facing output are different product concepts.

Avoid Translating Every Customer-Visible Field

Language Store V1 does not expand first-pass translation to every customer-visible field in WizField. Receipts, job completion summaries, email bodies, and SMS bodies are excluded until separately approved.

Customer-selectable output language, bilingual PDFs, legal packs, warranty clauses, and jurisdiction-specific inspection packs are also outside V1.
