How Business Brain V1 Works

Learn how Business Brain V1 turns deterministic WizField dashboard data into a grounded daily brief and ranked action list.

Business Brain V1 creates a grounded daily brief on /home from deterministic WizField dashboard data. It diagnoses business attention areas and links users to product surfaces, but it does not execute actions.

Use Dashboard Data as the Source of Truth

Business Brain V1 uses the office dashboard data class as its primary source. The Brain brief must be grounded in real dashboard fields, not unsupported model-generated facts.

Inputs can include summary counts, quotes waiting for approval, unpaid invoices, follow-ups needed, today's scheduled jobs, recent completed jobs, recent leads, jobs, technicians, and services.

Show a Daily Intelligence Strip on Home

Business Brain V1 appears as an intelligence strip on /home for office roles with dashboard access. The surface can include a brief, ranked top actions, grounding lines, and product links.

Action cards are diagnostic. Clicking an action opens a relevant WizField module such as invoices, estimates, leads, jobs, or schedule. Clicking an action does not mutate records.

Rank Actions With Deterministic Rules

Business Brain V1 uses rule-based diagnosis before or alongside language-model narrative. This keeps the experience useful and honest when a model provider is unavailable.

Default high-priority signals include unpaid invoices and quotes waiting for approval. Other signals can include stale leads, follow-up jobs, and heavy schedule days.

Fall Back Safely When AI Narrative Is Unavailable

If the dashboard load fails, WizField hides the Brain strip instead of showing an AI error wall. If the dashboard loads but language-model narrative fails, WizField can show deterministic-only copy from the same product data.

This fallback keeps Business Brain V1 grounded in product truth and prevents unsupported claims.

Keep Business Brain V1 Non-Autonomous

Business Brain V1 narrates and diagnoses. It does not answer calls, send SMS or email, mint portal links, publish Growth Center content, approve drafts, execute dispatch, or change pricing.
