What Happens When a Workspace Is Not Yet Activated?
Understand why a WizField workspace may not be ready until workspace creation, membership, and billing activation are confirmed.
A workspace that is not yet activated may not provide full CRM access. WizField needs a valid organization context, user membership, and any required billing synchronization before product access is reliable.
Separate Workspace Creation From Full Readiness
Workspace creation establishes the organization that will own business records. Full readiness may also depend on membership, active organization context, and billing activation.
WizField should not expose organization-owned CRM records unless the user is authorized for the active organization.
Wait for Billing State When Required
Subscription activation depends on Stripe-backed billing synchronization. The checkout success redirect does not activate billing by itself.
If the subscription state is not yet reconciled through verified Stripe webhook events, the workspace may remain in a not-yet-ready state.
Keep Owner Launch Activation Separate From Engineering Completion
The engineering closeout records the billing and launch-surface work as complete for the foundation phase. Live Stripe checkout execution, live webhook delivery, final program launch approval, monitoring, and production replay remain owner activation scope.
This distinction prevents a not-yet-activated workspace from being treated as an engineering contradiction.
