Do Not Treat AI Drafts as Automatic Messages
Operator Copilot can generate customer SMS follow-up drafts, but draft generation is not message sending. The draft is a proposed message for staff review.
Guarded send requires the right feature flags, calls.view, messaging.send, and human confirmation through the WizField messaging path.
Do Not Use Outcomes as Automation Triggers
Copilot outcome observation is read-only. WizField can derive whether a customer replied after an outbound anchor message in the same conversation thread.
That observation does not trigger auto-send, background send, drip campaigns, retries, or sequences.
Do Not Mutate CRM Records From Outcome Observation
Phase 4 outcome observation does not write customer, lead, job, estimate, invoice, or other CRM state. Outcome fields are presentation behavior, not CRM automation.
Hybrid voice CRM lead creation on webhook is policy-bound intake behavior. It is not Copilot autonomy.
Do Not Claim Causal Attribution or Self-Learning
WizField AI outcome observation is temporal correlation in a messaging thread. It is not causal attribution, marketing ROI proof, or self-learning behavior.
WizField AI must not claim that the system learns from customer replies or improves itself from outcomes unless a future approved product phase explicitly changes that truth.
