What Language Store Does Not Translate in V1

Understand the Language Store V1 translation exclusions for PDFs, legal text, already-sent documents, receipts, email, SMS, and unsupported fields.

Language Store V1 does not translate every customer-visible field. V1 starts with supported estimate and invoice line text and excludes several document, legal, communication, and already-sent output types.

Keep V1 Focused on Estimate and Invoice Line Text

Language Store V1 customer-facing translation starts with estimate and invoice line-item names, line-item descriptions, and manual line text that becomes customer-facing snapshot text.

V1 does not expand first-pass translation to every customer-visible field in WizField.

Exclude Customer-Selectable Output Languages and Bilingual PDFs

Language Store V1 generates professional English customer-facing output. It does not let customers select their own output language.

V1 also excludes bilingual PDFs. Customer-facing document output remains focused on reviewed English output for supported surfaces.

Language Store V1 does not include legal or compliance translation packs, warranty or legal clause translation, WETT translation, or inspection-jurisdiction translation packs.

These areas require separate approval because they can carry legal, compliance, or jurisdiction-specific risk.

Exclude Already-Sent Documents and Unsupported Communications

Language Store V1 does not dynamically translate already-sent documents. Once customer-facing output reaches the snapshot-safe point, historical output remains stable.

Receipts, job completion summaries, email bodies, and SMS bodies are also excluded until separately approved.
